Why Supervision?
Practising coaches should engage in regular supervision. It is a commitment to growth and an ethical stance in upholding the credibility of the profession.

Regular supervision helps me explore themes in my work, receive advice about alternative approaches and stay professionally engaged with new research and ideas. It also gives me a safe and trusted place to "let off steam" and ensure my own health and well-being is a consideration
My Supervision experience
I have ILM Accredited Supervision Certification and practice regularly. I know that quality supervision is hard to come by.

As a member of the Association of Coaching, I subscribe to the Global Code of Ethics.
I bring these principles into my supervision practice. You will find my approach warm, kind and challenging.
What can you expect?
I offer 1:1 sessions of between 60-90 minutes and can arrange for group supervision if preferred. My supervision style is aligned with Jackie Arnold's B.E.S.T principles.
I actively BUILD rapport, ENGAGE coaches in supervision that supports their needs, SUPPORT coaches when they are stuck with an issue, or a client, sometimes providing advice when useful, and I always TRUST that coaches with whom I work will address and overcome their challenges.
What does it cost ?
Pricing is dependent on coach experience and whether we contract for 1:1 or Group supervision.
